Comprehensive TB patient management database containing 8,551 records with 97 variables covering all aspects of TB care delivery. This database represents the complete TB care continuum from case detection through treatment completion, providing detailed clinical, demographic, and programmatic data for each TB patient.
Data structure includes: - Patient demographics and clinical characteristics (age, sex, location, risk groups) - TB diagnosis and classification (site of disease, drug sensitivity, WHO categorization) - Laboratory results (GeneXpert, smear microscopy, culture, drug susceptibility testing) - HIV co-infection status and management (HIV testing, ART coverage, cotrimoxazole) - Treatment monitoring (regimens, interim outcomes, side effects, adherence) - Treatment outcomes (cure, completion, failure, death, loss to follow-up) - Contact tracing and tuberculosis preventive treatment (TPT) data - Multi-drug resistant TB (MDR-TB) management and outcomes
