FY 2023/2024 Backward-Looking Joint Health Sector Review (BLJSR) Meeting Report

Comprehensive annual health sector governance and performance review report covering FY 2023/2024, marking the conclusion of NST1 and HSSP4. This backward-looking joint sector review evaluates progress against health sector targets, validates the Fifth Health Sector Strategic Plan (HSSP5), and provides strategic recommendations for FY 2025/26.

The report presents detailed analysis of 9 key health performance indicators, implementation progress of 2022-2023 recommendations, lessons learned, challenges identified, and 24 strategic recommendations for health system strengthening. Conducted by the Health Sector Working Group with 162 stakeholders including government institutions, development partners, NGOs, and civil society organizations.
